Welcome to my blog. My name is Willow 472 and I live in the place I like to call Osmosis City. This place has been around for about 40 years and was created by our 'beloved' TCB - but more about him later. Today I'm going to tell you about me, Willow 472.
Obviously I'm a Number - my surname is a giveaway. My best friend, Scarlet Doctor Doctor, is an Extra. We are a weird combination, but that's ok. We have things to do. Things to change. Osmosis City is not all it's cracked up to be, even in my home lot of Greenway Idyllic.
Today begins the first day of our destination. It's our final day at school and for Scarlet it's Chip Day. But if Scarlet survives Chip Day and all the glorification that goes with it (for Extras only) then I'll be surprised.
But I'm getting ahead of myself. I live in Shoe Place Greenway Idyllic with my Mum and Dad (Fortensia and Hubert 472). Our surname, 472, relates to how many people had our original surname back when the 'Movement of Change' began with our lord and master TCB in 2015. Numbers were given to those deemed not extraordinary enough for TCB, "People are really just numbers in a democracy. Therefore only the extraordinary will be given the status of true surnames. These surnames will reflect the specialness of their existence."
You can see oratory skills and linguistic ability are not his finer points. What sort of word is 'specialness'?
